Its official... drill is my life.  I joined the West Coast Thunder Drill Team in 2004 thinking that at least I would be keeping my horse fit.  What an understatement.  I never imagined this team and these ladies would become such an important part of my life.  (Neither did my husband, sorry Scotty.)

 

I love my role on the executive.  There is no problem keeping us active on the rodeo circuit.  The team has "sold" itself with the enthusiasm and spirit shown at every performance.  Dang we’re good!!

 

My mare Lena has caught on to the thrill of the drill.  I'm sure she could do most of the maneuvers without any assistance from me and she's really likin' our lead spot.  (Really... it's all the horse!!)

 

The camaraderie and support of the team, the crew and the families make each event special and plain old fun!!  Come join us this summer at our local BC rodeos.
